Q: When is rent due?

A: Rent is due by the first of each month.

 

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Pets are allowed in most of the homes, with an additional deposit for each pet.

 

Q: Do you allow smoking in the homes?

A: No, we do not allow smoking in the homes, under the Minnesota’s Freedom to Breathe Law.

 

Q: Are your houses licensed?

A: Yes, all of our houses are inspected and licensed, with each of the cities that they are located in.

 

Q: Are we responsible for repairs to the home?

A: No, CCL Properties takes care of all the general repairs.

 

Q: What do we need to do to get one of the homes?

A: Just print off an application (from this site), and turn in the application and deposit.  First and last months rent is due the first day of your lease.
